Social Affairs Committee

The Social Affairs Committee deals with the day-to-day assistance of students with material benefits at UW. Committee members answer questions that arise on Facebook: in posts, comments and private messages, as well as those asked in person, by email and through the Students’ Union Helpdesk. Its tasks also include providing substantive support to the Board of the Students’ Union in matters, resolutions and opinions falling within the competence of the Social Affairs Commission.
