Student Ombudsman

The Student Ombudsman provides support to students in solving their problems. This support can be advice, assistance in finding information, mediation, attendance at board exams, or standing up for the aggrieved when dealing with the authorities. Ombudsman can also independently lobby for initiatives to improve the situation of students. The Ombudsman team works in two ways; it provides expert advice to expedite the relief process, as well as support in social media or campaign implementation. The Ombudsman team is also a place to exchange knowledge about the situation of students in different departments, living in different Student Houses, with different needs.
